Donation Terms and Agreement

The donation made for a paver brick to the Apache Junction Community Development Corporation (AJCDC) is a tax-deductible donation and the paver is the property of the City of Apache Junction. The AJCDC reserves the right to determine suitability of the donation and to refuse inappropriate words, names, inscriptions and messages. The AJCDC along with the City of Apache Junction may reject any promotional material, promotional campaign, product placement and any other material. The Apache Junction Parks and Recreation Department will install the paver as soon as possible after the engraved paver is received. The AJCDC will send you an email with a picture when it is installed. Normally within 4 weeks after the order is placed.



Refund Policy

If a refund is requested before the paver is inscribed, the refund will be made minus 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after the paver is inscribed.
